CEİDizler Project started with the meeting of Expert Working Group on Indicators and Executive Board

Following the successful completion of the Project on Enhancement of Participatory Democracy in Turkey: Monitoring Gender Equality, which was carried out by the Association for Monitoring Gender Equality (CEİD) between 1 March 2017 and 28 February 2019, the CEİDizler Project, which is the second phase of this project, was also funded by the European Union. CEİDizler Project started with the meeting of the Expert Working Group on Indicators and Executive Board on January 2, 2020.

At the meeting held with the participation of Indicator Experts, Executive Board members, and the project team, a road map was drawn for the preparation of the Gender Equality Index for Turkey and Handbook for Monitoring Gender Equality, one of the primary objectives of the Project. In the meeting, which lasted for about 5 hours with the participation of other team members, an action plan was prepared for the activities to be carried out in the short and long term to achieve the goals of the Project most accurately and effectively.
